Set in our newly refurbished fairytale Queens Ballroom, dressed in Black and White, this is the most sumptuous of our Christmas Events. You will enjoy pre-dinner drinks in our fabulous Art Deco style Ark Royal suite followed by a luxurious 3-course dinner with coffee and chocolates in a beautifully decorated and unique setting.

Christmas novelties are provided to help the party go with a bang and our resident DJ and Band are on hand to play all your favorite tunes whilst entertaining your festive spirit until the small hours. To make a booking, simply please call The Queens Hotel Christmas Desk on 0113 243 1323. Our team can advise on availability, entertainment, accommodation, prices and bookings.

You will discuss every need with our fully trained Events Managers, who will provide you with the very best service from start to finish.

Terms and Conditions
- All event dates are subject to availability.
- A £15.00 per person deposit per person is required to confirm all meal bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. E.g. this cannot be used for beverage purchases.
- A £25.00 deposit per person is required to confirm all accommodation bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is received for each guest. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card only.
- The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation are required by Monday 3rd November 2008.
- Menu pre-orders required by Monday 3rd November 2008.
- Bookings that cancel prior to the 3rd November 2008 will lose any deposits paid. Bookings that cancel after the 3rd November will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverage.
- Menu choices are special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be an additional charge for some special dietary requests, which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers.
- Should you book after the 3rd November full pre payment is require at the time of confirmation.
- Deposits and payment of the final balance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cheques should be made out to The Queens Hotel and must have a contact name, address and cheque guarantee number on reverse; cheques must be received allowing 5 days to clear.
- All prices include VAT at the current rate, if you require a VAT receipt, please advise the Events Team and this will be available after the event.
- Guests under 18 yrs old may be restricted at some events, please check at the time of booking.
- The hotels does not allow alcohol to be brought on to the premises and the use of aerosol novelties is not allowed.
- The party night special accommodation rate is only available to guests attending a party night at the hotel and limited numbers of rooms are available. Accommodation is available from 4.000pm and rooms should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
- The management reserves the right to change the advertised artistes without prior notice in the unfortunate circumstances of force majeure, ill health or forces beyond our control.
- The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas Events to ensure appropriate numbers, or to move an event to a smaller/larger room should numbers dictate.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at it’s discretion – when all deposits and payments will be refunded.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the company, organiser or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour.
- At some hotels bookings over 10 guests may be subject to a separate contract.
- Private company bookings will be issued a separate contract with our standard QHotels function terms and conditions.
- Please note that all our functions room and bars are non smoking in accordance with UK legislation.
