It’s time for a Christmas meal with a difference!

Head to The Cooking School at Dean Clough for the Christmas Chef’s Table; a chance to see your dinner cooked for you in state-of-the-art facility installed in Grade II listed Dean Clough Mills.

Thursday 13 December – £40 per head.

Executive Chef Manager Matthew Benson-Smith and Assistant Chef Tutor Jason Main will demonstrate how to prepare a delicious 3 course meal in our state-of-the-art cooking theatre. Your meal will then be prepared in the central rotunda of The Cooking School, giving you an up close view of the cooking from your table.

Entertainment will be provided by local musicians and there will be a chance to peruse the fantastic galleries at Dean Clough before your meal. You will also receive a 10% discount on any cooking courses for 2013 – ranging from Indian cuisine with Prashad through to bread-making and fantastic fish.

All profits from The Cooking School support Focus on Food, a charity concerned with getting kids and communities cooking; so you can feel warm and fuzzy about enjoying your festive meal too!
