Chartered Management Institute - 1st National Convention
27-28 October 2005 at the Queens Hotel

Conference Leeds enabled Women in Property to hold a fantastic National Conference in 2005. We were able to showcase the outstanding buildings in the City, holding our Business Session at the West Yorkshire Playhouse and our dinner in the Victoria Quarter. Local hotels demonstrated a very high standard of hospitality.

Chartered Management Institute - 1st National Convention
27-28 October 2005 at the Queens Hotel

The Chartered Management Institute held its first annual members’ convention in Leeds in October 2005. One of the deciding factors which set Leeds apart from other city conference venues was the quality of the event package put together by Conference Leeds. It quickly became clear that Leeds could offer everything we were looking for and more, and that the team at Conference Leeds would be excellent collaborators - both in terms of the practical arrangements and the identification of associated business links. The 2005 conference was such a success that the Institute is collaborating with Conference Leeds once again for its event in October 2006.

The 9th Annual CHAPS Conference
6-7 March 2006 at Leeds Town Hall

The help provided by Conference Leeds all the way through the process from choosing a venue to selecting and liaising with hotels to helping with registrations on the first day of the conference was invaluable and I cannot thank you enough for contributing to the smooth running of the conference.

Rotary District 1030 Conferences
18-20 February 2005, 24-26 February 2006 and 22-25 February 2007 at Leeds Town Hall

Conference Leeds have gone out of their way to make Rotary International welcome. They have put together a package of hotels and venues that met out exacting specification and recognised what we were looking for - an innovative and high-quality conference within a tight budget. Conference Leeds made the right introductions to the right people and at all times are obliging, organised, professional and friendly.
Jim Suthering, District Conference Committee Chair

8th Annual Conference of the National HIV Nurses Association
29-30 June 2006 at the Royal Armouries

The conference was deemed a great success with over 200 delegates registered for the event.
This success was in no small part due to the excellent relationship that we as conference organisers were able to strike up with Conference Leeds who provided us an invaluable insight into the facilities and services that the city had to offer. In addition, Conference Leeds hosted a number of our site visits and introduced us to a wide range of venues and suppliers which ultimately we would require to ensure the smooth running of our conference.
Conference Leeds also used their excellent relationships with a number of city hotels to organise preferential rates for our delegates which were then made available through their professional online booking service. All in all from start to finish the service that we received from Conference Leeds was efficient, professional and charming and we look forward to working with them again in future years.
