The award-winning Weetwood Hall Conference Centre & Hotel in Leeds has announced a series of Presentation Days to be held in the innovative Data Conferencing Suite that uses SMART* technology to deliver a new breed of meetings.

The ‘Presentation Days’ are interactive meetings between participants based at their own office and with colleagues using the Data Conferencing Suite. This follows successful trials of the service with the editors of Conference News, Meetings and Incentive Travel, several meetings industry colleagues including the Meetings Industry Association and Conference Leeds.

The sessions are for an hour each and include opportunities to experience the contribution that remote users can make to meetings held in the suite using the interactive whiteboard, video-conference and audio-conference facilities.
