The National Media Museum (NMeM) in Bradford, along with its sister venues – the Science Museum in London and National Railway Museum in York, have proudly become the first national museums to receive the esteemed World Class Service accreditation.
After devising an extremely rigorous set of standards, each museum was externally audited on all aspects of its service environment and the level of service provided to both business and consumer customers.
The NMeM corporate and private events department was monitored on every stage of the event enquiry process. From reaction times and the essential research questions asked, to the relevance of information subsequently provided and the professional manner of the person handling the call; every detail was meticulously assessed to ensure that all customers were receiving exemplary service of an internationally acclaimed standard.
Achieving World Class Service for the NMeM is a huge testament to the Museum’s commitment to its customers. For corporate clients, this accreditation provides a professionalism and service guarantee that during these challenging times is imperative to ensuring expectations are exceeded and long-term relationships are maintained.
