
The Midland Hotel in Bradford is offering guests a unique experience to get themselves physically ready to start their day with their newly launched Stretch & Go exercise package.
The Stretch & Go package is offered free of charge to hotel residents and includes a trained sports massage therapist who will show guests how to look after their body and feel good for the rest of the working day. The experience includes joint mobility, stretches, twists and bends and static exercises.
