Fans of BBC 1’s ‘The Apprenctice’ were this week treated to a good dose of ‘car crash telly’ – so named by Sir Alan Sugar’s own contenders for the coveted prize. Presenting a prime time slot on a popular home-shopping channel made for entertainment and embarrassment aplenty. Now it’s your turn with Event TV at the National Media Museum in Bradford!
Use the Museum’s on-site TV Studio to create your own television programme. EventTV is available as an innovative full-day teambuilding experience, or a half-day icebreaker incorporated into your conference or seminar.
With the clock ticking away to live transmission, you and your team will script, rehearse, ‘star’ in, film and edit your own TV programme. Whether it be a local news feed, home-shopping demo, a chat show or University Challenge, the whole team will work together to ensure that the programme goes ‘live’ on time.
The full day activity gives your team the opportunity to script their own show from the brief supplied at the beginning of the day. The half-day event is ideal for those on a tighter budget or timescale and works brilliantly as a finale to away-days. ‘Mini’ sessions are also available, which give an excellent taster of EventTV. These sessions last just a couple of hours and are ideal as a break during a conference, or as part of an evening event.
Whichever option you choose, we guarantee that everyone will have a truly unforgettable day and DVD’s of the programme will be provided to all team members for a lasting memento!
