Conference Leeds was a finalist in the 2007 Meetings & Incentive Travel Industry Awards in the Category of Best UK Convention Bureau. This was the first time that Conference Leeds has made the finals of these prestigious awards.

The M&IT awards recognise and reward excellence, and are the result of voting by the readers of Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine - with votes audited and verified by the independent Audit Bureau of Circulations. The M&IT Awards are the oldest established awards programme in the meetings industry.

2007 saw the 20th anniversary of The Meetings & Incentive Travel Industry Awards, and also the 20th anniversary of organisers, Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine – hence the theme 20/20 vision. The Awards were announced at a gala dinner on Monday 19 February, hosted by BBC TV and radio presenter, Jeremy Vine and the results in the Best UK Convention Bureau Category were:-

Gold Award Glasgow
Silver Award Conference Leeds
Bronze Award Visit London
