The UK Centre for Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University is pleased to have recently hosted the fourth Global Events Congress, “Events and Festivals Research: State of the Art” at the University’s multiple award-winning venue, The Rose Bowl.

Topics for discussion included events in the context of social, cultural and economic policy, tourism, educational festivals, cultural exchange, legacies, events management and planning.
