Organisers of the Conference and Hospitality Show, Event Management 360, have unveiled new plans to move the show to Leeds United Football Club in 2012 and the date has been set for Thursday April 26th. The bold move has been planned due to an increase in demand from exhibitors which include many of the UK’s top Hotel brands, conference venues and suppliers to the Meetings and Events Industry.

Show Organiser, Emma Cartmell of Event Management 360, explains:
“as the only show of its type outside of London we have found increasing demand for exhibition space and are attracting more and more exhibitors from across the UK not just the North. We are delighted to be working with Leeds United Football Club: their new Centenary Pavilion means everything will now be under one roof. Features of the show that we know buyers love such as the seminar programme and Conference Leeds’ Perfect Lunch will now be all in one handy location.”

When asked why there appeared to be an increase in demand when so many other shows are struggling to attract exhibitors, Emma replied:
“I think the increase in exhibitor interest is due to two things: one is the reputation we have for attracting high quality buyers, something we take great care to control and the other is our reputation for good old fashioned Yorkshire common sense – we are about doing business, providing educational seminar programmes, creating a welcoming atmosphere and all in one day!”

The Show also hopes to attract even more buyers as Leeds United Football Club has an abundance of onsite parking and is close to the M1 and M62 road networks, whilst being only 10 minutes away from Leeds city centre train station. Their new Centenary Pavilion, which opened in November 2010, is also attracting interest from buyers who are keen to see the venue.
