We’ll confirm availability, prices and make provisional bookings for you. Fully costed proposals are provided within 48-hours of your first contact with us. You choose, either ring us to discuss your requirements or submit an enquiry

FREE Accommodation Booking Service – let us look after your delegates’ accommodation requirements for conferences held in the city. In close consultation with the conference organiser we will take allocations at a choice of city centre hotels and handle all aspects of booking accommodation for individual delegates. Our new web based system allows direct links from your web site to a real-time, on-line booking system which allows delegates to pay by credit card or request a pro-forma invoice.

Rail Travel Offer - Conference Leeds and East Coast have teamed up to give delegates attending large conferences in Leeds and West Yorkshire 20% off first and standard class advance purchase rail travel to and from the conference.

This offer is valid on East Coast services on the East Coast main line and does not apply to any other rail providers or routes.

Bookings are open from 12 weeks prior to the date of the event, as with all rail travel. The offer is subject to availability, so delegates must be sure to book their tickets early.
