Arrive to a red carpet welcome followed by canapes and champagne reception before taking your seat in the truly magnificent ballroom to enjoy your four course banquet.
The count down begins once the live entertainment starts taking you up to midnight! Neeps and tatties follow Auld Lang Syne and the resident DJ will continue the celebrations until 2am.
