Press Officer - Yorkshire Tourist Board Thursday 15th May 2008

A vacancy of press officer has arisen at Yorkshire Tourist Board.

The role will primarily focus upon the delivery of Yorkshire Tourist Board’s Communications Strategy and Plan, ensuring that the organisation brand values are clearly communicated.

You will be educated to degree level, preferably hold a recognised PR qualification and have experience of working in a busy press office environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be concise, fluent and easily understood. Strong organisational skills, general working knowledge of Microsoft IT software coupled with sound knowledge and experience of communications in relation to the media will be requirements of the role.

Salary: £21,500 – £27,000.
