The Queens are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, to compliment the Conference and Events team and undertake the role of Reservations Revenue Co-ordinator based at Queens Hotel, Leeds.
The successful applicant will manage all correspondence relating to reservations and maintain inventory controls as set by the Revenue Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Complete daily & weekly sleeper forecasts and communicate at daily briefing meetings.
•Liaise with Central bookings in order to assist in the maximisation of revenue
•Send and follow-up on specific information requests
•Prepare, update and file all correspondence relating to transient reservations
•To complete best practice management information
•Manage the waitlist by converting reservations when availability becomes available and advising waitlist customers on progress.
•Ensure close liaison between Event and Group Sales department with regard to group enquiries.
•Review correspondence for sales leads, forwarding to the appropriate Sales Manager.
•Update the selling strategy control sheet daily as per QHotel standards
•Enter inventory controls in relevant systems, as set by the Revenue Manager
•Maintain event information in Protel, reflecting all up coming events that will affect the hotels demand
•Maintain all allocations, cut-off dates etc for annual allocations and specific events.
•Ensure a complete and up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services is maintained
•Support other members of the reservations team and complete tasks as requested by the line Manager.
