What you’ll be doing
As Chef de Partie you will support the Chef in motivating the Kitchen team to provide exceptional one of a kind service and food at all times and to make sure that guests are wow’d by their food experience at Q Hotels.

As our Chef de Partie, the Queens like individuality however this extends beyond their people. The menus are created at each hotel by the kitchen team’s inspiration and imagination – no company standard menus for them! Just kitchen teams who want to create and cook what their customers want to eat and who really can’t do enough for their guests.

As Chef de Partie, The Queens will have plenty to keep you busy producing great food for their hotel lounge, restaurant and room service, as well as their events and wedding business.

What you’ll need
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be passionate about every aspect of food and cooking
You’ll enjoy the buzz of being busy
Posess excellent spoken English
Posess a broad working knowledge of Health and Safety and hygiene policies.
Be determined and enthusiastic
Have a proven track record as a successful supervisor in a similar role, and ideally hold NVQ level 2/3 or similar level food preparation qualification
Candidates will posess strong training skills with a desire to pass on your knowledge and skills to develop more junior team members.
CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualified

Previous experience and exposure to volume banqueting would be desirable.
