Premier Inn Castleford are currently recruiting for the position of F&B Team Leader to work alongside the F&B manager and effectively manage 100 seater restaurant, bar and kitchen providing excellent food from breakfast, lunch, conferencing and dinner.

To ensure delivery of high food standards, with great guest service to deliver brand standards. CMI standards must be enforced to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

Will be required to complete Duty Manager shifts responsible for full hotel, also late nights and weekends.
