Oulton Hall is looking for a dynamic strong individual to manage a large events team dealing with C&E, weddings and corporate and society golf business.

We are looking for someone creative who can drive sales and motivate the team in this difficult market to assist the hotel in achieving budget. Ideally the successful candidate will have hotel experience in either C&E or sales and will have either supervisory or managerial experience.

Reporting to: Director of Sales

Responsible for : Team of 8 co-ordinators including conference, weddings and golf.
