Sales Coordinator – De vere Hotels, Oulton Hall Thursday 5th November 2009

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Oulton Hall as Sales Co-ordinator.

We are looking for a proactive, well presented and enthusiastic individual who is, passionate about customer care, has exceptional standards and is sales focused as well as being extremely organised and work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:
Proactively respond to enquires and ensuring they are converted into confirmed business and up sell at every opportunity in order to maximise revenue

Confidently conduct show rounds to potential clients, selling the hotel and facilities to the best of your ability and build working relationships with clients

Take part in weekly/monthly sales calls to help convert new and repeat business

Ensure that all guest requirements are communicated accurately to the operational teams

Maintaining operational standards to the highest possible level including excellent performance during test calls and within BDRC target , ensure KPI’s are achieved and positive feedback from clients.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to match them ,Cross selling all aspects of the hotel facilities including spa, golf, weddings, private dinners and Christmas etc

To work and co-operate with others, taking part in departmental meetings, team briefings and support other team members and provide assistance when necessary to ensure the team collectively achieve their goals
