Sous Chef at the Midland Hotel Friday 25th September 2009

The Midland hotel are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef for their location in Bradford.

Looking for a skilled Sous Chef with kitchen management experience, ideally within a high standards hotel environment with conference and banqueting experience in excess of 400 covers.

Up to £21,000.

To apply, you will have proven experience as either a senior cdp or as a current sous chef within hotels and have the ability to train and develop chefs and run the kitchen in the head chefs absence, you must have an understanding of kitchen management functions and be a hands-on team player.

High standards in food quality are key, as well as financial aptitude and an ability to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail.
