We currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Café Manager in the Fourth Floor Café in the Harvey Nichols Leeds store. We are looking for someone to maximise the success of the operation by:

• Providing outstanding standards of customer service.
• Ensuring profit margins are maximised.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Assisting to manage and develop the team.
• Ensure the smooth running of the Café.

Applicants for the role will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness. Applicants must have relevant management experience gained within a similar, fast-paced environment.
