As Bar Manager, you will lead your team by example, providing customers with the quality service they’ve come to expect. You should have the flair and creativity for devising original and interesting bar lists, and bringing confidence and professionalism to everything you do.

The successful candidate will ideally have supervisory experience in a busy bar. You’ll need to look smart, be well groomed, presentable and possess enough energy and enthusiasm to make every member of your team as motivated as you are.
