This is an outstanding opportunity to join the award winning hotel group CITY INN Contemporary Hotels as SALES MANAGER for our brand new hotel opening in the Summer of 2009 – City Inn Leeds.

The opening of City Inn Leeds will increase our portfolio to 6 hotels in UK city centre locations. As is the case with all City Inn hotels we design and build each hotel continually looking to develop our offering through innovation and technology. City Inn Leeds will be a fantastic addition to the portfolio with 333 bedrooms, 18 meeting rooms over two floors, our well established and critically acclaimed restaurant concept City Café with Al Fresco Terrace and a stunning sky lounge and destination bar.

As SALES MANAGER, your primary focus will be to maximise all sales opportunities through a structured and pro-active approach. Working with the Regional Director of Sales North, you will play a key role in the pre-opening strategy to ensure the hotel opens to the highest occupancy levels. You will develop business through all revenue streams and manage and develop new and existing accounts through the development of strategic action plans.

You will already be a proactive sales person with a proven track record of success. You will have already achieved success as a Sales Manager in a similar role and previous experience of a new hotel opening would be an advantage. Your people skills will be exceptional along with your ability to connect and converse with our clients and customers at all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to play an integral role in bringing a brand new hotel to the Leeds market, and building this hotel into a key destination for both business and leisure travellers. With two other hotels currently in development in Amsterdam and London the opportunities could be endless for the right candidate.
