You will also be responsible for effectively managing a small team of engineers and painters to ensure that the core brand standards are delivered consistently and the property as a whole is maintained to the highest levels ensuring the guest and customer experience is always a positive one. You must also have prior experience of managing contractors on property to achieve good all round property management.

You will have the ability to deliver a high quality solution and have a strong track record of achievement within a similar role. A confident and proactive manager, you will have excellent communication skills and significant property management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to play an integral role in bringing a brand new hotel to the Leeds market, and building this hotel into a key destination for both business and leisure travellers.
